Everyone with Guanajuato license plates on any type of vehicle must pay the refrendo, or Mexican road tax, by March 31st, whether you receive a notice or not. Here’s how to pay online, in a series of screen shots. Don’t blow this off! You’ll be fined, and that’s no fun.
